Dierdre is as authentic as they come. What you see on her Instagram account is what you get with her coaching. Hard working, funny, intelligent, knowledgeable, but most of all inspiring. I have had many personal trainers in the past, but she is the first one that truly cares if I'm happy and making progress towards my goals. I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone who needs an extra boost to meet their fitness goals.
