I started the one-to-one coaching with Dee during a period of low confidence relating to my football coaching where I was really struggling to get over a specific mental block. I normally see myself as an incredibly independent and self-sufficient person so was initially very hesitant asking her help in the hope that my ad-hoc, non-strategies would help me get over this bump. But I was very glad when I finally messaged Dee as from the first second I met her, she was the happy, bubbly and wonderfully charming person you see on her social media which puts you at immediate ease.
...In terms of coaching, Dee is a very good conversationalist and will take the time and effort to really understand who you are as a person and tailor all her guidance and advice in a way that is best suited to you and gives the best chance of long term success; this is not a one solution fits all coaching, it is an incredibly unique, practical based coaching which she is very able to tailor to niche subjects and circumstances, all whilst remaining non-judgemental, understanding and patient.
I’ve been working with Dee for over a year now and I cannot recommend giving her a go strongly enough as she has helped me immensely to the point where my closest friends are commenting on my increased confidence, demonstrating the impact that the big and small changes that she helps you implement in your life (if you’re willing!) will add up noticeable changes to which I am incredibly grateful to her for.
