Here are some examples:
You want to eat healthy? Incorporate vegetables into just one meal a day this week
(cooked however you like). Next week 2 meals.
Practice Balance? Make a new healthy recipe that you saw on instagram or Pinterest
(I recommend my newest one - vegan cinnamon rolls!)
Put yourself first so you can be your best for others? Taking 10-20 minutes for yourself to go for a walk/to the gym/for an at home workout
Start working out? sign up for the membership/program. Do it at least once this week.
Practice self care? Drink an entire glass of water first thing when you wake up. That's it.
Start meditating? download an app (I use headspace) or YouTube and meditate for just 5-10 minutes!
